Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi AS (KGJS) was founded in 1967 by Mr. Kristian Gerhard Jebsen.

Mr. Jebsen started the operation with the management of two coastal cement carriers. The company has been active in cement shipping ever since and has expanded into other areas of shipping.
